Partaking in some enthusiastic honky-tonking on legendary
Broad Street is positively essential when visiting Music City. In
fact, dancing to country crooners amidst rows of cowboy boots
while periodically swigging from a can of the requisite Pabst
Blue Ribbon might best encapsulate Nashville in a nutshell.
The impressively diverse culinary scene is busting at the seams
in this fun-loving city, yet whether you dine highbrow or low,
chances are that everyone will end up at Robert’sWesternWorld
(
or a surrounding venue) to end the night. Celebrated chefs find
themselves mingling with the diners who left their eateries ear-
lier in the evening and also catching up with one another after
long shifts in their respective—and respected—kitchens. The
Nashville recipe is quite close to perfect: one part good people,
one part great food, finished with a dash of honky-tonk for that
added burst of flavor.
