Jack Rudy Cocktails

Ingredients

Gin & Tonic

2 ounces gin of your choice
¾ ounce of Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
6 ounces soda water
Lime or cucumber slice, for garnish

Combine first three ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with lime or cucumber, and enjoy.

 
Kentucky 75

1¼ ounces gin of your choice
½ ounce Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
Splash of Champagne
Lemon twist, for garnish

In a Champagne flute, combine gin and Jack Rudy. Top with Champagne and finish with a long twist of lemon.

Jack & The Beanstalk

1½ ounces Bluecoat Gin
¾ ounce Aperol
1/3 ounce Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
½ ounce grapefruit juice
Flamed orange peel, for garnish

In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a cocktail glass and finish with a flamed orange peel.

 
Palmetto Cocktail

2 ounces white rum
¾ ounce Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
6 ounces Soda Water
Lime, for garnish
Ginger, for garnish
 
Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime and splint of ginger.
